Kada.in, a solution to address shopping difficulties | Dinesh Kumar

Trivandrum: Online shopping portal, Kada.in, which recently launched Kerala's first mobile app for ordering grocery online, has turned 1. The portal that has found a permanent place in the hearts of its customers within a short period of time, dreams to make a healthy society by its service.

 

Kada.in is the result of a dream shared by five techies, whose jobs demanded odd hours of working finding shopping a difficult task. Not only the timing that mattered, but choosing a shop, traffic, billings, etc. came as hurdles before them in shopping, which finally lead to the initiative.

 

Celebrating the first birthday, Kada.in has introduced Kerala's first mobile apps to enhance and personalise the Kada.in shopping experience for its customers. Within a year, Kada.in has more than 1800 loyal customers.

 

Kada.in serves between 12:00 noon to 3:00 noon, for which orders should be placed before 10:30 in the morning. Similarly, the slot in the evening is between 6:00 to 9:00 whose cut off is before 3:00 pm. There is no delivery charge for orders above Rs 500.

 

Kada.in delivers products including grocery, organic products, personal care products like cosmetics, household products, stationary, chicken, fish, meat, vegetables, fruits, and body care among many others.

"Customers are our backbone and we will not survive without their support," Padmakumar G, Operations Manager of Kada.in, said.

 

"The most important thing is the pleasing and extremely accommodating service. Easy availability is another attractive feature. The delivery slots are managed well and customer's convenience is ascertained before delivery," said Raji Ajith, a satisfied customer of Kada.in.
