The fifth annual sport-entertainment extravaganza of Indian Premier League concluded the other day. A dramatic final saw Kolkata Knight Riders overcome the huge target set for them by Chennai Super Kings, to lift their first DLF-IPL cup.

Yentha held an IPL contest for its readers to take the IPL fever online. A set of seven questions were put up for the readers as part of the contest – three of which were predictive in nature, along with four knowledge-based ones. The response was overwhelming.

From a long list of eligible names, six winners were randomly chosen. Thanks to some strict norms, which are explained below.

Entries were short-listed giving preference to answers to predictive questions as compared to knowledge-based ones. The winners were chosen from amongst the many with the same ratio of correct answers. Of course preference was also given to those entries which came earlier than the others.
