| Trivandrum: Asia’s biggest shopping festival, Grand Kerala Shopping Festival (GKSF) conducted by Tourism Department in co-ordination with the Industries & Commerce Department, Finance Department and Local Self Government Department will commence from December 1. Chief Minister Oommen Chandy will inaugurate the Season five of Grand Kerala Shopping Festival at 5 p.m. in Kochi. This 45 day shopping festival aims at raising Kerala as one of the most preferred and the biggest shopping destinations of the world. The festival features exquisite collections of handicrafts, garments and jewellery at discounted prices. Merchants from across the 14 districts of Kerala are participating in this fiesta highlighting their products and services. |
The organisers are well prepared to launch the show on the road with novel initiatives and exciting prizes to the shops and shoppers. Online shopping, Scratch ‘n’ win coupons, gift vouchers and mega prize up to 101 kilogram of gold are added attractions of the fiesta. Grand Kerala Shopping Festival is also providing 100% VAT refund for the consumers from outside Kerala. |
