Trivandrum: Yentha Online Photography Contest was opened to the readers on August 19 and remained open till September 19, for you 'photographreaks' to send in three of your best shots at the art, with Onam as the theme. Before announcing the results, Team Yentha would like to thank sincerely all its readers for the overwhelming response that was given to the contest.
Even though it was a tough job, we had to present our esteemed judge with 32 shortlisted members, after many of them, though exceptionally great photographs, did not quite match the requirements set for the contest, like the theme being Onam and the reduced use of feature enhancing softwares.
Sangeeth Sivan's expert eyes sorted out the three winners of the contest. Before going on to the winners, take a sneak peak at what awaits the first prize winner – a 14 mega pixel Fuji digital camera sponsored by Babas Studios.

Thrid prize – Dubeyendu Choudhary
However, revealing his difficulty in having to let go of the others wholly unnoticed, our judge Sangeeth Sivan has asked us to make special mention of the following photographs:

Sreejith Panicker

Congratulations to the winners and congratulations to those specially mentioned! As for the rest – a big 'Yentha Thank You!' for sending in your best to Yentha.com.
