Kowdiar, Trivandrum: After a lot of ruckus, S Sreesanth is back in the Kerala Cricket Team. The player has been going through a rehabilitation programme at the National Cricket Academy (NCA), after he was injured recently in the India Vs Sri Lanka test series.

“He has mailed that he is fit and prepared to play, so he will be in the team,” said TC Mathew, Secretary, Kerala Cricket Association. On asked if this mail comes in the light of the press conference held at the KCA yesterday, Mathew said: “I don’t know if it is a result of that.”

“We had checked upon him day before yesterday. He has been declared fit hence and he will be playing for Kerala in the Moin-ud-dawlah Tournament, this month,” said S Ramesh, Director, KCA.

At a press conference on Monday, the KCA said that it is willing to have Sreesanth in the Kerala team, if he wishes to play. This is following the controversy about the player’s outburst against the association, saying that the KCA showed a step-motherly attitude to him, following his replacement as captain of the Kerala team.

The following players have been selected for the Kerala State Senior team to participate in the Moin-ud-dawlah all  India Invitation Tournament to be held at Hyderabad  from 12th September.

What's the problem with this player? Is he above the game? Why doesn't he realise that he has such talent and he should be grateful to God.
