Krishnankutty, Josukutty Win KSSP Best Science Fiction

| Trivandrum: PN Krishnankutty and B Josukutty will share the award for ‘Best Science Fiction’ organised by ‘Shastragathi’, a publication of ‘Kerala Sastra Sahitya Parishad’. PJ Paulson received the third prize. The awards will be distributed in the annual convention of Sastra Sahitya Parishad on Feb.26 at IRTC, Palakkad. The jury consisted of scientist and writer Dr. CG Ramachandran Nair, B Sunitha and G Sajan, Doordarshan. PN Krishnankutty, in his work ‘AD 2050’, tries to portray the urbanisation and alienation which is common in the modern society. Josukutty tries to reveal how the corporate world is exploiting personal relationships through his work ‘British Food India Limited’. |
