Girls Sweep BA, B.Sc Results

| Palayam, Trivandrum: Once again girls have bagged top ranks in the Kerala University's BA and BSc examinations. Among the 34 ranks announced in the B.sc stream, 28 were girls. The pass percentage of this year in B.sc stream is 75.38. In the BA examination among the 56 ranks announced, girls secured 45 of them. The percentage of pass in the BA stream is 56.96. The applications for revaluation/scrutiny should be submitted before Aug. 15. Rank Holders:In English, UR Veenaleksmi of SN College for Women, Kollam, bagged the first rank. In Malayalam, RP Jisha of Christian College, Kattakkada, secured the top rank, while in Economics, Asha Ajith, Mar Ivanios, Trivandrum, and in Sanskrit Vedanta Aswathy Gopinath, SN College, Kollam, went on to secure the top most rank.In Sanskrit Jyothisha, PM Aswin; Sanskrit Nyaya, U Reshma Gopan and in Sanskrita Vyakarna, B Salini, all from Sanskrita College, Trivandrum, secured the first ranks. |
In the B.sc stream, RK Arathy bagged first rank in Mathematics. In Physics, S Soumya from Mar Ivanios, Trivandrum; Chemistry - V Remya, Govt College for Women, Trivandrum; Botany - K Vivek and in Zoology MV Rahini Krishna from SN College for Women, Kollam gained the top most ranks.
