Sreekariyam, Trivandrum: Dhwani 2010 - the annual cultural extravaganza conducted by the College of Engineering, Trivandrum, begins today. The inauguration ceremony is at 6:00 pm, with the chief guests being Shaji M Karun and Soorya Krishnamurthy. The celebrations will begin later with the ‘CET Night’, where the students of CET would perform various items based on the show format. Even before the events have begun, there are around 3,000 people in the campus, including the participants who have come from outside the city.

What makes this year’s Dhwani different? “It is the end of our college’s 70th year celebrations. Also this year we have the band Motherjane and popular MTV VJs to add charm,” says Udheep, one of the organisers of the show.
