Worst Customer Service Ever!
When I went to have my laptop repaired because of overheating, first the "experts" there replaced the heat-sink, which apparently didn't solve the problem, after which they replaced original board with a cheap set, not to mention I lost my original copy of Windows 8 too. This apparently "solved" the problem according to them. Phone calls made. Bills settled. Reluctant to believe that problem still persists. I went home angrily and re-installed my graphics driver, which ultimately solved the problem. A simple step, which I overlooked, ended me with all these troubles (over time which accumulated) and a wastage of a lot of money. Not to mention, the GPU doesn't function like before no matter what I do, and the computer is extremely slow now. Well maybe their laptop servicing is bad? Absolutely not.
My brother, around the same time handed them his phone, for fixing the headset issue he had. Bills issued again. Money happily collected. Phone given back. Headset works. Normal sound doesn't. Can you believe that? The normal speakers DON'T FRIGGING WORK now.
Absolutely horrible and bashing customer service.
